Empty Template missing in 2.0

    Can not create a new empty project in World Builder 2.0 because the Empty Template is missing. There’s no Empty Template on the marketplace either.

    Does your WorldBuilder folder contain this path?

    C:\Nuro\World Builder\World Builder_Data\StreamingAssets\Templates\Empty

    (if that’s where you installed it)

    “Empty” is the standard Template to create a new project. It should contain a “Project” folder and “Descripton.txt” as well as “Template_Banner.png”.

    If this is not the case, you may want to first uninstall the WB and then run the installer again.

    Hi,

    Having the same problem.

    Unfortunately I’ve checked for “Empty” folder and exists at the path and also reinstall WB2.0 but nothing changed .

    The menu  is not loading the purchased templates from “XR4ED shop” (ex Demo Classroom or Minimalistic Demo Class that we used on 6November2024 meeting).

    Although  previous projects based on those templates can open.

    We heard about this problem that the templates won’t show, but that was related to the “Empty” folder not being present. What you could do is post your log file after starting up the World Builder and after calling “New Project”.

    The Player.log file is located in this folder:

    C:\Users\<YOUR NAME>\AppData\LocalLow\Nuro\World Builder

    Hi Robert,

    I’ve checked the folder with the Empty Template and all the files seem to be there.

    Here’s the log file after trying to create a new project in the World Builder. I didn’t close the World Builder, I copied the content of the Player.log file with the builder still opened.
